Egba Economic Summit Celebrates Pioneer Member Sobande on Birthday, Hails Contributions to Egbaland
ABEOKUTA – The Egba Economic Summit has congratulated its pioneer member, Engr. Ola Munis Sobande, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a passionate, humble and dedicated son of Egbaland whose contributions have continued to advance the organisation’s vision.
In a congratulatory message signed by the President of the Summit, Dr. Gbenga Adeoye, the organisation commended Sobande’s unwavering commitment to the development of Egbaland and his invaluable role in the establishment and growth of the EES.
The statement noted that Sobande, a founding member of the Summit, had leveraged his engineering expertise and decades of professional experience with Shell, both within and outside Nigeria, to strengthen the organisation and shape its developmental agenda.
According to Adeoye, Sobande’s humility, selfless service and dedication to the vision of the Egba Economic Summit have remained a source of inspiration to members of the organisation.

The EES president also expressed appreciation for Sobande’s continued support and passion for the socio-economic development of Egbaland.
