Afrograms Old Students Roll Out Programmes For 70th Founder’s Day Celebration

ABEOKUTA – The National Executive Council of African Church Grammar School, Abeokuta, has rolled out activities lined up to commemorate the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 70years anniversary of the secondary school.

According to a statement issued in Abeokuta on Monday by the National Public Relations Officer, Dr. Babatunde Soaga, the celebration kicked off on Tuesday with a career talk for students at the school premises.

Soaga said this would be followed by a novelty football match between the old students and their teachers on Friday 21st February, 2025, with a Jumat service to be held at Owu Central Mosque, same day by 1pm.

The PRO added that the AGM and presentation of 10years master plan for the school shall take place on Saturday.

He equally added that the old students shall commission some projects within the school premises and elections of new officer for the association shall followed immediately after the AGM.
