ABEOKUTA – The House Committee Chairman on Student Loans, Scholarships, and Higher Education Financing, Gboyega Isiaka, is set to headline the 27th Global Convention and 26th Lecture Series of the Alumni Association of Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) as the guest speaker.
The theme of the Convention is “Rejuvenation and building prosperous alumni in the heart of national
economy stagflation”.
The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 11th of January, 2025, at the Senate Chamber of the university.
Isiaka, a renowned investment banker and respected thought leader, will deliver a lecture titled “Trajectory of Building an Agro-Prosperous and Zero Hunger Nation: Navigating the Paradox of Farm Insecurity and Emerging Threats.”
The lecture is expected to be a timely and insightful contribution to the national discourse on sustainable agriculture, food security, and economic development.
