DPO Constructs Office Complex At Ifo Police Division, Three Months After Assuming Office
ABEOKUTA – In a remarkable feat, a Divisional Police Officer (DPO), SP Kamordeen Olabisi has erected an ultra-modern office complex at Ifo Police Division, Ogun State, within just three months of assuming office.
This landmark achievement was to meet the dire needs of the Division which lacked basic needs.
The edifice which was commissioned by the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alamutu on Thursday has communication gadget and modern equipment.
Addressing members of Ifo Community, CP Alamutu expressed satisfaction at the swift completion of the project, applauding DPO Olabisi for his exceptional leadership style and acumen.
The police chief offered fervent prayers for the DPO and his officers, who made the laudable project a reality, charging them to face squarely effective policing and security in the area.
CP Alamutu who prayed for more projects like this in the Division and other police facilities said the people of Ogun State are looking forward to continued progress and better security under his leadership.
Ipokia born DPO Olabisi, visibly joyful, thanked his mentor, CP Abiodun Alamutu, for gracing the occasion and personally commissioning the project.
He also extended sincere appreciation to all stakeholders for their participation in the project’s success.
As the overseer of the police station, DPO Olabisi assured of performing his primary functions of ensuring the smooth operations of the station, maintaining discipline, and motivation of officers under his control.
He promised to continue to show exemplary leadership and set a high standard for his colleagues.
The occasion was attended by numerous dignitaries, including HRM Olu of Ifo, Oba Samuel Oladipupo; HRM Olorile of Orile-Ifo, Oba Semiu Ogunjobi; and several other prominent traditional leaders and police officials.
