Easter: Otunba Daniel Calls For Unity Among Nigerians, Harps On Love, Sacrifice
ABEOKUTA – The Senator representing Ogun East Senatorial district, Otunba Gbenga Daniel has described Easter celebration as season of God’s abundant love which symbolizes the sacrifice of Christ on the Cross as a message of hope and salvation to Christians adherents.
Otunba Daniel in his Easter message, said the celebration of Christ’s death offers another beautiful opportunity to reflect on the enduring message of love, sacrifice, and renewal.
He emphasized that, the Easter period is a time that reminds the triumph of hope over despair, of light over darkness, and of unity over division.
The Asiwaju of Remo Christians said, “As we celebrate, I urge us all as citizens to draw closer in unity and compassion just as Christ taught us by supporting one another and reaching out to those in need so that we can build a stronger nation, a prosperous Ogun State and a happier Ogun East Senatorial District together.
“In that same spirit of the Easter celebration, I am pleased to announce the 2025 edition of the Choir Festival, an event that brings together voices of praise from different places. The festival will hold by the grace of God on Sunday, 6th July 2025, at the Abraham’s Tabernacle, GRA, Sagamu.
“It promises to be a moment of divine inspiration, spiritual upliftment, and cultural celebration through music, as choirs from far and near glorify God in one accord.
