GNI Facilitates Blocks Of Classrooms, Empowers 2,100 Constituents With Cash, Motorcycles, Sewing Machines, Hairdryers

ABEOKUTA – In a rare display of exemplary leadership and account of stewardship, the lawmaker representing Yewa North/Imeko-Afon Federal constituency, Hon. Gboyega Nasir Isiaka (GNI) has facilitated the construction of two blocks of three classrooms in Ansarudeen Primary school, Ayetoro, Yewa North local government of Ogun state.

GNI equally facilitated empowerment for 2,100 constituents who have been trained in different skill acquisition programmes.

The mega empowerment was in collaboration with the National Productivity Centre, Abuja.

Speaking on Tuesday at the massive empowerment programmes with cash, motorcycles, tricycles, and others held in Ayetoro, Hon. Isiaka said the empowerment programme aligns with the federal government’s broader agenda for job creation, economic growth, and poverty alleviation, ensuring that constituents have access to resources that can improve their standard of living.

The lawmaker said the initiative, aimed at boosting economic self-reliance and productivity, brought together beneficiaries from various sectors, providing them with tools, resources, and financial support to enhance their livelihoods.

GNI noted that the masive empowerment programmes was in partnership with several companies, including Anbez Innovations Ltd, Parker Knoll Ltd, Beez Global Services International Ltd, Ifeco Technologies & Solutions Ltd, and Golden Castle Integrated Global Resources Ltd.

Isiaka reaffirmed his commitment to improving the welfare of his constituents.

“Empowerment is not just about giving, but about creating sustainable opportunities for people to thrive. Today, we are providing the necessary tools and support to help our people become self-sufficient and economically independent.”

Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Kikelomo Adigun said “this empowerment means so much to me. With the support I have received today, I can now expand my small business and provide better for my family. We thank Hon. Gboyega Nasir Isiaka for his kindness and dedication to our community.”

Also speaking, representative from the National Productivity Centre, Abuja, said that their goal was to enhance productivity at all levels of society, stressing that the empowerment programme aligns with the government’s mission to improve skills, create jobs, and promote economic growth.
