My Speaker and colleagues,
I am honored to stand before you today as a member of the 9th Assembly of Ogun State. As I reflect on the time spent here in the last four years, I am filled with gratitude for the experiences shared and the memories made.
First and foremost, I want to thank God Almighty for giving me the priviledge to be alive today, some members from other states were unable to witness the end of their tenure in office. God has shown the Ogun State 9th Assembly under the leadership of Mr. Speaker Rt Hon Oluomo favour and mercy for not losing any member.
I would like to thank my parents, Alhaji Mukaila and Alhaja Khadijat Adejojo, my wife Hon. Mrs Oluwakemi Fashola Adejojo and family for their prayers, support and cooperation.
My appreciation goes to a father, leader, a national leader and a mentor Chief Olusegun Osoba for his support all through the journey. I pray God continues to grant him good health. And to number one silent achiever, goal getter and a leader Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun the Governor of Ogun State, I am grateful for the opportunity given to be part of the success story recorded in his first term in office. I pray for unending wisdom that will enable you to end well.
To my fellow colleagues, I want to express my admiration for your hard work and perseverance. I am proud to call you my classmates and colleagues.
To Mr clerk, management staff and staffs particularly information department. I appreciate you and thank you for your support.
Permit me to appreciate Abeokuta South Leaders and my constituents for their unwavering support in the last four years. I say thank you and will be forever grateful for the opportunity given to serve in this capacity.
Dear Colleagues, as we move forward into the next chapter of our lives, I encourage us all to continue to strive for excellence and to make a positive impact on the world around us. We have the power to create, change and to make a difference, and I have no doubt that we will do so.
Mr. Speaker Sir, I say thank you for your leadership style. I will forever remember you with two saying.

ii. Eni ti ko saboti, ko gbodo beru ojo.
I welcome my successor as an indigene of Egbaland. I implore you to represent us well.
