Abeokuta South Fed. Constituency: Toyin Amuzu Denies Stepping Down

ABEOKUTA – In less than 12 hours to the National Assembly elections, the PDP House of Representatives Candidate for Abeokuta South Federal Constituency, Chief Toyin Amuzu has denied rumour circulating the round that he has stepped down for his opponent.

Amuzu while speaking with our reporter on telephone interview maintained that he is still in the race to coast to victory tomorrow on Saturday.

He explained that, the withdrawal rumor was orchestrated by his political opponent to cause confusion among his supporters and electorate.

He said, ”I am still much in the race, and I am coasting to victory by Gods grace, I want to implore all my supporters to move out tomorrow to exercise their civic duties, I will always be grateful for your expression of love and support during the election period,” Amuzu stressed.

He admonished the people of Abeokuta South to shun any violence and exercise their civic duties with the absence of fights at the polling booths.
