Inmates Of Delta Correctional Centres Cleared To Write WAEC

WARRI – Inmates of Warri Custodial Centre, Delta State can now achieve their educational ambition as they have been cleared to write West African Examination Council (WAEC) certificate examination.

The deputy controller of corrections (DCC) Warri Custodial Centre of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Edo Joseph Lucky, said inmates of Warri Custodial Centre, can now write the West African Examination Council (WAEC) certificate examination, due to innovations by his leadership.

Lucky, made the disclosure in Warri, Delta State, yesterday when he led top officers of Warri Custodial Centre on a familiarization/ working visit to the chairman of Warri South local government area, Dr Michael Tidi.

He described Warri as very peaceful and cordial, just as he appealed to the Dr Michael Tidi-led administration of Warri South local government council, to assist the Warri Custodial centre in the area of office furnishing.
