Tinubu approves 600-capacity hostels for Abuja law school

ABUJA – President Bola Tinubu has directed Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister Nyesom Wike to begin the construction of two hostels of 300 capacity each for the Nigerian Law School, Abuja.
Tinubu also ordered the construction of the road linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat in Jabi District with Nile University.
Wike’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media, Lere Olayinka, said in a statement yesterday that the projects would be executed under emergency consideration.
Olayinka, who did not state the costs of the hostels, said one of the hostels would accommodate 300 females and the second 300 males.
He explained that the road linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat- Nile University road would, when completed, ease traffic on the road leading to the head office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
